Refund Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in Lovexai.
1. Purchases Are Processed by Apple
All purchases of Diamonds are made through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not process payments and do not store your payment details. Refunds of money paid are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple Media Services terms: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support. Apple decides these requests at its own discretion; we cannot issue cash refunds for App Store transactions.
2. Failed Generations Are Auto-Refunded
Diamonds are deducted when you submit a generation task. If a task fails for technical reasons (including timeouts), the Diamonds spent on it are automatically returned to your in-app balance. If you believe a refund was missed, contact us with your user ID (shown on the Me page) and the approximate time of the task.
3. Consumed Virtual Currency
Diamonds and Points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Once spent on a successfully delivered generation, they are consumed and non-refundable. Dissatisfaction with the artistic quality of successfully generated output is not, by itself, grounds for a refund, since results of AI generation are inherently variable.
4. Undelivered Purchases
If you completed a purchase but the Diamonds did not appear in your balance, first reopen the app (delivery is retried automatically). If the balance is still missing, contact us with your user ID and the Apple receipt/order number and we will re-verify the transaction and credit it.
