Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information Lovexai (“we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Service is for adults (18+) only.

1. Information We Collect

• Device identifier. A random identifier stored on your device is used in place of an account name; we do not collect your name, e-mail address, or phone number.
• Photos you upload. Images you submit for generation are stored privately and used only to produce your requested output.
• Generated content. Output images/videos are stored so you can view them in your library.
• Purchase records. Product, price, and Apple transaction identifiers for In-App Purchases (not your payment details, which Apple processes).
• Device and diagnostics data. Device model, OS version, language, region, network type, and integrity signals (e.g. jailbreak/VPN indicators) used for security and fraud prevention.
• Attribution data. Install-attribution identifiers processed via the Adjust SDK to measure marketing campaigns.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the Service (generate content you request, maintain your balance and library), to secure it (rate limiting, fraud and abuse prevention, enforcing our terms, including our absolute prohibition on content involving minors), to credit and verify purchases, and to measure and improve the Service.

3. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with processors needed to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database), GPU inference providers that process your uploads solely to produce your requested output, Apple (purchase processing and receipt verification), and Adjust (install attribution). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the public.

4. Storage, Security, and Retention

Uploads and generated content are stored in private storage and served only through short-lived signed URLs; transport is encrypted (HTTPS). We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time (see Section 6); residual copies in backups are purged on a rolling basis.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn that a user is a minor we will terminate the account and delete its data. Uploading images of minors is prohibited and enforced under our Service Agreement.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, export, correct, or delete your data. Because accounts are keyed to a device identifier, include your user ID (shown on the Me page) when contacting us so we can locate your records. Requests: support@lovexai.app.
